Noah Ziegler

Congratulations to Noah Ziegler, our October 2019 Rising Star!

Noah was nominated for this award by Gennevieve Weiss who wrote the following:

"Noah is a sophomore at Aurora High School. He is active in band, jazz band, One Act, Speech, FBLA, and FCCLA as well as 4H and his church youth group. Last year his competitive Persuasive speech advocated for private insurance companies to fund hearing aids...an initiative which later was passed in our own legislature! Noah is an excellent role model to younger deaf/HH students, a leader in the classroom, and a friend other kids love to have around. He's definitely one of our high school's rising stars! Noah, thank you for being such a wonderful example to your peers and your community. Leading by example for deaf/hard of hearing students has a lasting impact on others. You are demonstrating every day that hearing loss does not limit achievement and that is such an encouragement for D/HH kids and their parents. You truly are a Rising Star!"
